A contract will exist between you and Padel Breaks Limited (trading as "Padel Holidays") when we issue a booking confirmation invoice following receipt of your booking request and deposit payment (where applicable).
By making a booking you confirm that:
It is your responsibility to check all details on your booking confirmation including names, dates and arrangements. Any errors must be reported immediately.
These Booking Conditions are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Padel Breaks Limited operates a Client Trust Account system to protect customer funds.
All monies paid by customers are deposited into a dedicated Client Trust Account held with Barclays Bank and managed by an Independent Trustee (details to be confirmed).
Funds remain protected in the Trust Account and are only released:
In the unlikely event of insolvency, monies held in the trust account remain protected for the benefit of customers and may be used to refund clients or fulfil booked travel services.
Some bookings may constitute a "package" under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Where your booking qualifies as a package, Padel Breaks Limited will be responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to:
However, no price increase will be made within 30 days of departure.
If the price increases by more than 8% you will have the option to:
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
The balance must be paid by the due date stated on your invoice. If the balance is not received by this date we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure normally require full payment at the time of booking.
All customer payments are held within the Padel Breaks Client Trust Account.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.
Your policy should include cover for:
Padel Breaks Limited reserves the right to cancel your booking if proof of adequate insurance cannot be provided.
Padel Holidays trips involve participation in sporting activities which may involve physical exertion and inherent risks.
By booking you confirm that:
Padel Breaks Limited cannot be held liable for injuries occurring during sporting activities except where caused by proven negligence.
Padel courts, coaches and venues are provided by independent third-party partners.
In rare cases facilities may become unavailable due to:
Where possible we will arrange suitable alternatives.
Outdoor sporting activities may be affected by weather.
If conditions prevent safe play activities may be:
Weather related disruptions do not normally qualify for refunds.
Participants are responsible for bringing suitable sports clothing and equipment including appropriate footwear.
Padel Breaks Limited cannot accept responsibility for injury caused by unsuitable personal equipment.
You may transfer your booking to another person provided they satisfy all booking conditions, and you provide at least 7 days written notice.
An administration fee of GBP 50 per person may apply.
If you wish to change your booking, we will attempt to assist where possible.
Changes may incur an administration fee and additional supplier costs.
Cancellation must be made in writing by the lead passenger.

More than 61 days before departure - Loss of deposit
60 to 46 days before departure - 50% of total booking price
45 days or less before departure - 100% of total booking price
Occasionally we may need to change or cancel bookings.

Padel Breaks Limited will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including:
We promise to perform our obligations with reasonable care and skill.
Our liability is limited to two times the total cost of your booking except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You are responsible for your behaviour and that of your party during the trip.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation if behaviour causes danger, damage, or serious disruption.
Padel Breaks Limited cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or sports equipment.
If a problem occurs during your trip, you must notify the relevant supplier or our representative immediately.
If the matter cannot be resolved locally, complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of returning home.
We collect personal information necessary to process bookings and deliver travel services.
Your information will only be shared with suppliers necessary to fulfil your booking and handled in accordance with UK Data Protection law.
By paying a deposit or confirming a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included in your booking.
These conditions may only be amended in writing by a Director of Padel Breaks Limited.
